Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of executing a diverse range of events — from elegant weddings and
cultural celebrations to high-profile corporate functions and government conclaves. Each project is more
than just décor and logistics; it’s about crafting a story, creating an atmosphere, and delivering
an experience that guests will remember long after the event ends.
In this portfolio, you’ll find a curated selection of my work showcasing unique themes, innovative designs,
and problem-solving under pressure. Whether adapting to last-minute changes, coordinating multiple vendors,
or ensuring precision down to the smallest detail, my approach is rooted in creativity, meticulous planning,
and seamless execution.
An event with Actor Mohanlal as the chief guest. Hosted in their own venue with significant space limitations, including a central large pillar that obstructed part of the audience view. The design and layout were adapted to maximize visibility, maintain seating comfort, and ensure an uninterrupted event experience despite structural challenges.
Last-minute delays left us with only an hour to complete the LED wall, riser, and skirting before the client’s trial. The team swiftly adapted, measuring and aligning every detail with precision. Seamless coordination between the Video Wall Technician and production lead, the AV setup was ready moments before the client arrived for trial run.
Budget constraints called for a highly resourceful approach, creatively leveraging existing venue elements while incorporating minimal yet impactful branding. The result was a polished, professional, and cohesive event environment that maximized value without compromising on quality or visual appeal.
Successfully managed an awards and recognition event with 50+ honorees and 10 VIP guests — my first solo show-running experience. From 10 AM to 4 PM, I oversaw both production and show management. I created a detailed AV and sound timeline with all cues, file names, and instructions, enabling the technical team to run the show seamlessly with minimal input. In essence, they became the show runners by following the plan.
Managed creatives & print, props & furniture procurement and logistics for the Lulu Family wedding, including tech console coordination during show-running. Last-minute layout changes for the former Indian President’s participation were handled with minimal reprints, preserving the client’s desired Taj Mahal theme without compromising quality or visual impact.
For a Hindu wedding reception featuring a living area theme, I was engaged from the initial recce and layout planning through to managing all operational aspects, ensuring flawless coordination and smooth show-running throughout the event day.
Managed procurement of handmade organza flower standees and customized off-white painted metal props. Created detailed drawings with measurements for the curved backdrop pieces, ensuring accurate fabrication and seamless integration into the reception stage design for a refined, elegant look.
Planned and executed a 50,000+ pax PM Protocol event at VOC Port in just six days. Managed 55,000 sq. ft. of prints and its creatives, ensuring accurate placement via coordinating with on-site production, and coordinating procurement, furniture, and logistics from Kochi.
Managed operations for a Hindu traditional wedding, overseeing prints, procurements, furniture, and logistics. Resolved on-site confutions regarding the measurement and handled show-running, including a pre-wedding reception featuring a live concert by renowned playback singer P. Unnikrishnan.
Handled dual-site operations for the Aayakar Bhavan inauguration. Designed and implemented an RC-controlled plaque unveiling setup, organized a traditional Hindu pooja and panchavadyam for welcome, and managed simultaneous production and event coordination at two separate venues in Kochi, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to protocol at both locations.
